End of New Jersey Eviction Moratorium?

New Jersey Senate Bill 3691 could provide an end to the New Jersey eviction moratorium.  It passed both the Senate and Assembly with zero “no” votes and is currently sitting on the Governor’s desk.  If Governor Murphy signs it into law, the New Jersey eviction moratorium will end abruptly for some and sooner rather than later for others.  This is a quick overview of what it means and why both Landlords and Tenants should be prepared if it is enacted.
